Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple, cut into small pieces
2 peaches or nectarines, sliced
1 cup grapes, halved
Dressing:
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Place all the prepared fruit in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla extract.
Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
Cook’s Note
Adjust the honey based on the sweetness of your fruit. For added brightness, a small amount of lime juice can be used in place of or alongside the lemon.
