Happy Sunday!
Welcome to the very first Sunday at Salt Free.
Every Sunday, we’ll take a few moments to slow down before a new week begins. Sometimes we’ll share what’s in season, sometimes a favorite ingredient, a simple kitchen tip, or a little inspiration to make cooking more enjoyable.

Tomatoes are at their peak. Zucchini is everywhere. Fresh basil is overflowing in gardens, and farmers’ markets are filled with colorful vegetables just waiting to become dinner.
